NerdAfrica exists to close that distance.

Senior Associate - Lagos Office, West-Africa.

Jacob is a Strategy and HR Consultant with experience supporting businesses and leaders across a diverse range of sectors, including Energy, Technology, Telecommunications, Banking & Finance, Legal, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Public Sector, and NGOs. He holds a First Class (Honours) degree in Business Administration, and an MBA in Investment, amongst other certifications from reputable bodies including the International Institute of Procurement & Market Research (IIPMR) based in the US. He also has specialized training in Applied Corporate Finance, Strategic Management, Design Thinking, and others, from notable institutions including the University of Cambridge, England.

Jacob's core focus areas include Strategy & Business Consulting, Executive Search, Leadership Development, Design Thinking, Organizational Redesign & Change Management. He is passionate about helping African organizations and leaders drive sustainable growth, strengthen leadership, and navigate systems/execution challenges.
