Job Description

We are seeking a commercially driven and strategic Senior Manager to lead business development, marketing, and brand growth initiatives for our client in the professional services sector. The role is responsible for driving revenue opportunities, strengthening market positioning, building strategic partnerships, and executing integrated marketing and brand strategies that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities


  • Drive revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives and partnerships.
  • Develop and execute marketing and brand strategies to increase visibility, customer acquisition, and market share.
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and growth channels.
  • Lead campaigns, brand positioning, and go-to-market initiatives across digital and offline channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial, marketing, and brand objectives.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize initiatives for growth and ROI.

Experience Required


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. 
  • 15+ years’ experience across business development, marketing, or brand management especially in professional services. 
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking ability. 
  • Proven experience driving growth, partnerships, and brand visibility. 
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. 
  • Experience managing integrated campaigns and growth initiatives.
